Victor Galindo, New Star Home Improvement’s owner and founder, started to work for several companies getting wide experience in commercial and residential remodeling during 27 years. In 2004 Victor decided created his first company called BG Concrete.

During that time, satisfied customers ask Victor for other kind of work that he can offer for them. Due to demand he started to offer remodeling work.
